Venues: Social distancing during setup/breakdown of events
As crew manager at ICC Belfast, I’m responsible for all room setups & exhibition builds. With busier diaries, less time for setup/ breakdown on events and multi-disciplinary teams working within the same spaces i.e. catering, furniture, stage and exhibition service, technical, cleaning etc I would be very grateful of any advice or guidance on how to safeguard the health and safety of staff, clients and suppliers in a fast paced, time bound and dynamic environment like conference and exhibition venues.
