Venues, what is the general consensus out there regarding the moving of events? For those events that have been postponed, are you able to accommodate, or will you return money in full so that the event can run elsewhere?
Hi Martin, I think it’s important to be as flexible as possible. I have been working with my clients who have confirmed events from now until the end of Summer, 90% of my clients with confirmed events before June are moving. Sadly we lost 10% of our confirmed business in April. We did offer full refunds for those bookings as our clients are important to us. Its important to support businesses and clients where possible.
